The Yonex Astrox 99 Pro Cherry Sunburst badminton racket is a high-performance weapon designed for players who prioritise power on the court. It is a redesigned version of the previous Astrox 99, incorporating innovative features and technologies. Developed in collaboration with Kento Momota, the world’s number one badminton player, this racket offers a devastating rear court power with its heaviest swing weight among the ASTROX series.

One notable feature of the Astrox 99 Pro is the Power Assist Bumper, a tungsten-infused nylon bumper placed at the top of the frame. This addition increases the swing weight and amplifies the power generated during shots. The Rotational Generator System is another significant innovation, providing a well-balanced weight distribution across the racket for maximum control and seamless shot transitions.

Yonex has utilised their cutting-edge NAMD graphite material in both the shaft and the racket head of the Astrox 99 Pro. NAMD technology offers enhanced flex and snapback, resulting in increased power and faster racket acceleration. Additionally, the racket features Volume Cut Resin, an epoxy resin used in constructing the entire frame. This resin is lightweight yet remarkably strong, allowing it to support the extra slim shaft while maintaining durability.

In addition to its power-focused design, Yonex has prioritised speed and manoeuvrability in the Astrox 99 Pro. The racket incorporates an extra slim shaft and fully recessed frame to minimize air resistance and ensure swift racket movement. The refined Isometric head shape provides a larger sweet spot and improved forgiveness, while the new stringing pattern, borrowed from the Astrox 88S, enhances control and prolongs shuttle hold. Our policy allows for a 30-day window (which can be extended) upon receipt of your order. However, we are willing to be flexible and extend this period if your purchase is intended as a gift for a specific event, such as a birthday. All you need to do is select the gift option at the time of purchase.

For all UK orders, we provide a partially completed returns form. To initiate the return process, simply follow the steps outlined below:

To simplify the returns process, we offer a pre-filled returns form that you can use to return your item. However, if you are returning an item from outside the UK, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which must include tracking information.

Once we receive your returned item, we will provide a full refund for the value of the goods, minus the cost of us sending the order to you initially.

Warranty Policy

Within 30 Days of receipt of the items:

If you have received items with genuine manufacturer defects, you are entitled to a simple 30-day warranty from the retailer. Simply return the items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

More than 30 days?

If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the items, we will work with the brands or suppliers to determine whether the defect can be covered under warranty. In most cases, the defect will be covered, but the outcome may depend on how the damage occurred.

Still not covered but within 6 months of purchase?

If the items are not covered under warranty but are still within six months of purchase, we offer a crash replacement policy. This means that we will provide a 25% discount off your next order for the same or an alternative replacement item. Please note that this does not include postage costs.
