However, we are willing to be flexible and extend this period if your purchase is intended as a gift for a specific event, such as a birthday. For all UK orders, we provide a partially completed returns form. To initiate the return process, simply follow the steps outlined below:

International Delivery

To simplify the returns process, we offer a pre-filled returns form that you can use to return your item. However, if you are returning an item from outside the UK, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which must include tracking information.

Once we receive your returned item, we will provide a full refund for the value of the goods, minus the cost of us sending the order to you initially.

Warranty Policy

Within 30 Days of receipt of the items:

If you have received items with genuine manufacturer defects, you are entitled to a simple 30-day warranty from the retailer. Simply return the items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

More than 30 days?

If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the items, we will work with the brands or suppliers to determine whether the defect can be covered under warranty. In most cases, the defect will be covered, but the outcome may depend on how the damage occurred.

Still not covered but within 6 months of purchase?

If the items are not covered under warranty but are still within six months of purchase, we offer a crash replacement policy. This means that we will provide a 25% discount off your next order for the same or an alternative replacement item. Please note that this does not include postage costs.
