It has two main compartments and three accessory pockets to optimally organize your equipment. It also features a carry handle and a comfortable backpack-style carrying system.

To ensure maximum protection this bag is manufactured from a waterproof and durable outer fabric. The thermoformed shell helps keep your rackets and strings safe from shocks and changes in temperature. The inside of the bag is made from a new white isothermal and ultra-resistant fabric.

MAXIMUM PROTECTION: For maximum protection, a durable, waterproof exterior material is used. The inside of the bag is made from a new white, ultra-resistant isothermal material to maintain the tension of your racket strings and to protect them from extreme variations in temperature. This bag is also easier to clean.

LARGE CAPACITY: With its redesigned layout, this bag can hold up to ten rackets in its two large, fully insulated compartments. The Babolat Cross Pro has 48 litres of storage space.

COLOUR FREE LINING: The new “color free” lining is made of 100% recycled polyester (PET) and is made dye-free: Babolat save water by not dying the lining of the bag. The white lining makes it easy to organize and find what you need.

DURABLE INSULATED COMPARTMENT: New EXTRA durable, light, recyclable and dye-free insulated fabric to keep your rackets safe from a wide range of temperatures and thermal variations.

CLEAR VIEW SHOES COMPARTMENT: Quickly check that you have your shoes are packed thanks to the new transparent shoe compartment. The shoe compartment is seamless and waterproof so you can clean it easily when needed. It’s also vented to the outside, keeping odours from migrating to other areas of the bag.

Our policy allows for a 30-day window (which can be extended) upon receipt of your order. However, we are willing to be flexible and extend this period if your purchase is intended as a gift for a specific event, such as a birthday. All you need to do is select the gift option at the time of purchase.

For all UK orders, we provide a partially completed returns form. To initiate the return process, simply follow the steps outlined below:

 

  International Delivery

To simplify the returns process, we offer a pre-filled returns form that you can use to return your item. However, if you are returning an item from outside the UK, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which must include tracking information.

Once we receive your returned item, we will provide a full refund for the value of the goods, minus the cost of us sending the order to you initially.

Warranty Policy

Within 30 Days of receipt of the items:

If you have received items with genuine manufacturer defects, you are entitled to a simple 30-day warranty from the retailer. Simply return the items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

More than 30 days?

If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the items, we will work with the brands or suppliers to determine whether the defect can be covered under warranty. In most cases, the defect will be covered, but the outcome may depend on how the damage occurred.

Still not covered but within 6 months of purchase?

If the items are not covered under warranty but are still within six months of purchase, we offer a crash replacement policy. This means that we will provide a 25% discount off your next order for the same or an alternative replacement item. Please note that this does not include postage costs.
