The HEAD Instinct range of tennis rackets are designed for effortless power. The slightly thicker frame and even balance mean that this range suits a wide variety of players from advanced to club level.

This 2022 model brings a fresh, cosmetic update for the racket that still features the same specifications and technologies as its predecessor. The power of the Instinct is further amplified by the latest graphene 360+ construction which strengthens the frame for better stability and optimised energy transfer from racket to ball.

The Head Instinct Team tennis racket provides easy playability and effortless power thanks to its 100 sq in head size and enlarged sweet spot.

As with other HEAD Instinct models the signature technology is Graphene 360+ – which combines the stability and power of Graphene 360 with Spiral Fibres in the lower head for a cleaner impact feel; Graphene rings have been placed at 3, 9 and 12 o’clock in the head to increase torsional stability and decrease twist and torque. This improves energy transfer, power and control. This is combined with Graphene in the shaft to increase power and manoeuvrability.

Our policy allows for a 30-day window (which can be extended) upon receipt of your order. However, we are willing to be flexible and extend this period if your purchase is intended as a gift for a specific event, such as a birthday. All you need to do is select the gift option at the time of purchase.

For all UK orders, we provide a partially completed returns form. To initiate the return process, simply follow the steps outlined below:

To simplify the returns process, we offer a pre-filled returns form that you can use to return your item. However, if you are returning an item from outside the UK, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which must include tracking information.

Once we receive your returned item, we will provide a full refund for the value of the goods, minus the cost of us sending the order to you initially.

Warranty Policy

Within 30 Days of receipt of the items:

If you have received items with genuine manufacturer defects, you are entitled to a simple 30-day warranty from the retailer. Simply return the items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

More than 30 days?

If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the items, we will work with the brands or suppliers to determine whether the defect can be covered under warranty. In most cases, the defect will be covered, but the outcome may depend on how the damage occurred.

Still not covered but within 6 months of purchase?

If the items are not covered under warranty but are still within six months of purchase, we offer a crash replacement policy. This means that we will provide a 25% discount off your next order for the same or an alternative replacement item. Please note that this does not include postage costs.
